Screen printing
Process principle
The glaze or ink is accurately transferred to the surface of the Stoneware Ceramic Christmas Mug body through screen printing, and the pattern printing is completed by manual or mechanical scraping pressure.
Technical features
Suitable for monochrome or simple multi-color patterns, with low cost;
Requires plate making (such as photosensitive plate making or manual engraving), suitable for mass production;
The printing layer is relatively thin, and long-term use may cause fading or wear

Heat transfer printing
Process steps
Pre print the pattern on PET film to make a transfer film;
Transfer the transfer film pattern onto the surface of the 11oz Sublimation Ceramic Mug through high-temperature pressure.
Technical features
Rich in pattern colors and high fidelity, suitable for complex designs;
Requires plate making and has a high initial plate making cost, suitable for large-scale orders

UV coding technology
Process principle
Using ultraviolet curing inkjet technology, UV ink is directly sprayed onto the surface of the Designed Ceramic Bowl through the nozzle and instantly cured into shape.
Technical features
No need for plate making, supports small batch personalized customization;
High pattern accuracy, capable of presenting gradient and photo level effects;
Strong adhesion and better wear resistance than traditional printing

Internal mold printing
Process steps
Use molds engraved with patterns to imprint on semi dry porcelain bodies, so that printing and molding are completed simultaneously;
Combining subsequent glazing and high-temperature firing to fix pattern.
Technical features
The pattern is integrated with the body, creating a simple and natural appearance;
The requirements for mold accuracy and process control are extremely high, resulting in a low yield rate.

Decal paper technology
Process steps
Printing patterns on polyvinyl butyral film to make floral paper;
Stick the flower paper onto the Designed Ceramic Coffee Cup body and bake it at high temperature to melt the pattern into the glaze layer.
Technical features
Suitable for curved printing, with smooth transitions in patterns;
Strictly control the flatness of stickers to avoid defects caused by bubbles or wrinkles
