A  Story

It is a classic designed ceramic coffee cup in our series of promotional coffee cups designed for customers of coffee brands in Central America .

As you can see, the customer liked this cup very much, chose this cup shape for several years in a row, and carefully designed the picture.

Material safety, high temperature resistance, and excellent thermal insulation, used to brew coffee can set off the coffee soup dark, especially the white ceramic cup, which presents a more complete coffee flavor.

A few requirements for the design document

1, Printing area restrictions

A.Safe distance
Printing patterns is prohibited within 15mm of the edge of the cup mouth and within 10mm of the edge of the cup bottom to avoid deformation caused by glaze flow during high-temperature firing.
The handle area needs to reserve a blank area without printing to prevent pattern wear caused by friction during grip.

B.Pattern proportion
The height of the main brand logo should not exceed one-third of the height of the cup, and the minimum printing size should be ≥ 8mm to ensure recognizability.
Auxiliary graphics or text should maintain a safe distance of ≥ 5mm from the main pattern to avoid visual interference.

2, Design document specifications

A.Format and Accuracy
Provide vector files (AI/PSD format) or CMYK mode bitmap files with a resolution of 300dpi or higher to ensure printing clarity .
Black text should use monochrome black (K100) to avoid ghosting caused by four-color overlay.

B.Color management
Standard colors should be labeled with Pantone color codes, and auxiliary color deviations should be ≤ 5% (refer to the brand VI manual).
Gradient patterns require layered files to avoid color block breakage after high-temperature firing.

Packing of designed ceramic coffee cup

Ceramic cups are fragile products and require relatively safe packaging.
If it is shipped in full container or by pallet, we usually use a combination of egg box and five layers of corrugated paper outer box, which is the most commonly used and cost-effective packaging method.
If customers want to package separately, they can also choose white box, brown box or printed color box packaging.
If there are other needs, we can also provide them.
