Maintenance And Upkeep Of Enamel Mugs

Maintenance and upkeep of Marble-patterned Enamel Mug

Daily cleaning

Gentle cleaning
Use neutral detergent (pH 7-8) and a soft cloth to wipe and avoid scratching the glaze surface with hard brushes.
Tea stains/coffee stains can be applied with lemon slices for 5 minutes or lightly applied with baking soda paste before rinsing.

Timely handle stains
Immediately rinse with 50 ℃ warm water after use to reduce 80% tea scale deposition.
Stubborn oil stains can be gently wiped with a nano sponge dipped in water.

01

Usage taboos and injury prevention

Avoid physical collisions
Collisions may cause damage to the glaze surface, and harmful substances may precipitate after exposing the metal substrate. It should be stopped immediately.

Prohibit extreme temperature operation
Do not burn empty or rapidly cool or heat (such as pouring cold water directly into a hot cup) to prevent the glaze from cracking.
Control the firepower during heating and avoid direct flames from reaching the bottom of the beaker.

Be cautious of corrosive liquids
Avoid long-term storage of strong acid (vinegar, fruit juice) and strong alkali beverages to prevent corrosion of the glaze layer

02

Repair and deep maintenance

Surface repair
Minor scratches: Polish with automotive glaze repair agent; Deep damage requires filling with food grade epoxy resin.

Regular maintenance
Bath enamel: apply liquid paraffin wax for moisture prevention every month; Cool down cooking utensils before cleaning.
Soak in citric acid solution every quarter to decompose deep sediments

03

Storage suggestions

Thoroughly dry
After cleaning the Marble-patterned Enamel Mug, invert and dry to prevent the accumulation of water stains and the growth of mold.

Separate storage
When stacking, use a soft cloth to isolate and avoid glaze adhesion and wear
