2. The production technology and product price of China's daily ceramics are still at a low level
Although China is a big producer of ceramics, it is not a powerful producer. The products are mainly middle and low grade, low added value, and the price is not high in the international market. The average export price is 0.35 USD/piece, while Japan, France and Germany are 3.5-7 USD/piece. Ceramic enterprises generally lack the ability of independent innovation, the level of production technology is still at a low level.
(1) Great pressure on resources, energy and environment
Daily ceramics are high consumption, high energy consumption, high pollution industry, the production process consumes a lot of mineral resources and energy, waste gas, waste water, waste slag, dust and so on to cause serious pollution to the environment. In some areas with high production intensity and developed economy, the environmental pollution of the ceramic industry to air, water, land and so on is particularly serious. Every year, 8-10 million tons of selected raw materials are consumed, 5.7 million tons of standard coal is consumed, and 17.3 million tons of CO2, SO2 and other waste gases are discharged.
