Classification of ceramics
Daily ceramics can be said to be because of people's needs for daily life, people in daily life contact the most, but also the most familiar porcelain, such as tableware, ceramic tea pot , ceramic coffee mug ,ceramic wine cup , ceramic rice bowl and so on.
1. Flower decoration: according to this method, it can be divided into upper glaze color, middle glaze color, under glaze color, color glaze color and white porcelain without color.
Glaze color: directly painted on the surface of the product with glaze pigments or with those made of glaze pigments on the paper pasted on the glaze, and then fired at a high temperature of 700-850 degrees. When we touch the appearance of the porcelain with our hands, we can feel a concave and convex feeling, and the naked eye can also see its uneven ,such as matt glazed ceramic embossed mug for example.
Mid-glaze color: firing temperature is higher than the glaze color, ceramic pigment in the glaze melting into the glaze, to cool down to be covered by the glaze layer. In detail, if you can touch its appearance by hand, you can feel no significant concave and convex feeling, but feel the same slippery glass.
Underglaze color: when making the decoration is carried out on the porcelain billet, it is fired at high temperature once, and the same flower surface as the glaze color will be covered by the glaze layer. Feel is also bright smooth, will not present uneven feeling.
Color glazed porcelain: a specific color agent is added to the glaze, such as red, blue, cyan, yellow, etc. After its product comes out its glaze color will be the same as the color of the color agent added.
White PORCELAIN: DO NOT HAVE WHAT DECORATE, DO NOT HAVE PICTURE, IT IS BRIEF PORCELAIN NAMELY, GENERALLY SPEAKING CONSUMER IS NOT QUITE WELCOME, BUT ITS HEALTH SEX IS BETTER.
Relatively speaking, decoration can attract consumers very well. The lead content is still relatively low under normal conditions. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the glaze color, because if the top amount of pigment in the use of the process is too large, and then in the firing process, temperature, ventilation and other problems, then there will be metal overspend. As we all know, if the lead content is too high, the long-term use of porcelain will cause damage to the body.
2. Classification of porcelain: it can be divided into daily porcelain, bone porcelain, fine porcelain, general porcelain, exquisite daily porcelain, etc.
3. Quality classification: In factory ,we usual use excellent products, first-class products, qualified products, defective products, etc to classify products . Some customer use AAA ,AA ,A ,AB to classify .
