Ceramic cup several production process

The so-called ceramic cup is a cup made of clay. This kind of cup has exquisite shape and rich patterns, which is favored by the majority of consumers. Now let's understand the production process of ceramic cup in detail.

1. Mud training: porcelain stone is taken from the mining area, and impurities are removed after water-powered stone is washed and precipitated into brick-like mud blocks. Then mix the mud with water, remove the slag, rub by hand, or tread with your feet, squeeze out the air in the mud, and make the water in the mud uniform.

2. Casting: the mud ball is thrown in the rotary center of the pulley, and the rough shape of the casting body is drawn with the bending and stretching of the technique.

3. Billet printing: the appearance of the impression is rotated according to the arc inside the billet, the semi-dry billet is overlaid on the mold, evenly beat the outside wall of the billet, and then release the mold.

4. Blank: the blank is overlaid on the barrel of the pulley, the wheel is turned, and the knife is rotated to make the blank body with appropriate thickness and smooth inside. This is a process with high technical requirements.

5. Drying billet: the processed billet is placed on the wooden frame to dry.

6. Engraving: Use bamboo, bone or iron knife to cut the pattern on the dried or semi-dried blank body.

7. Glaze: ordinary round mouth using dipping glaze (the blank is immersed in the glaze basin, when the mouth along with the glaze surface is immediately put forward) or swinging glaze (the glaze slurry is injected into the blank, the glaze is evenly glaze, and then the excess glaze is quickly poured away), diamonder (relative to "round", "round" refers to the round vessels formed by the drawing method, such as bowls, plates, dishes, etc. And the vessels with more complicated forming process, such as bottles, zungs, POTS, POTS, etc., are called "diamonders ") or large round vessels are used to blow glaze (the method is to cover the bamboo tube with fine yarn, dip the glaze and then blow with the mouth, so repeated many times, the blank surface can get a glaze layer of uniform thickness).

8. Kiln firing: the time process is about one day and night, and the temperature is about 1300℃. First build the kiln door, fire the kiln, the fuel is pine wood, the pile worker technical guidance, measure the fire Hou, master the kiln temperature change, decide the ceasefire time.

9. Glaze: Glaze color, such as colorful, pastel, etc., is to depict patterns on the enamel surface of the fired porcelain, fill in color, and then into the red furnace to bake at low temperature, the temperature is about 700℃--800℃. In addition, before the kiln is painted on the blank voxel embryo, such as blue and white, Youligong and so on, it is called Youligong, which is characterized by color under high temperature glaze and never fade.
