1. Inner Wall Electroplating Process
The electroplated layer is coated on the inner wall of the glass cup, not the outer wall. The outer glass maintains its original transparency, and the liquid inside appears to have a metallic sheen. It supports pairing with your desired prints, making the appearance of the cup more visually appealing. Both glossy and matte textures are supported and are not easily scratched.

2. Glass Material - Transparent, Pure, Tasteless
Material Advantages: Made of high-quality soda-lime glass instead of plastic or acrylic, with a light transmittance of over 90%. The glass surface is non-porous, safe for commercial dishwashers, and does not absorb odors.

3. Food Safety
The electroplated layer is on the inner wall of the cup and does not come into direct contact with the lips. The inner wall electroplated layer is specially glazed and certified by FDA and LFGB for food contact. The food-safe electroplated glass inner coating will not leach, peel, or chemically react with beverages.
 Applicable Temperature: Supports 0-60°C, suitable for cold drinks, warm drinks, and room-temperature alcoholic beverages. Boiling water is not recommended.

4. Stackable Storage
The cup body features a tapered design, with the bottom slightly smaller than the opening, allowing for stable stacking and space-saving. The inner wall coating will not be damaged by friction.

We offer 6 standard handle profiles and 4 standard mug shapes. Custom mug shapes require a 4,000-piece MOQ and a 60–75 day lead time for mold development. Modifications to existing handles are available with a 2,500-piece MOQ.

Q6: Do you provide free samples?

For most products, we provide the sample for free. You just need to pay the international freight cost. If you have an agent in China, we can send the sample to your agent's address.
