Removable Filter Design

 

The filter is clipped onto the inner flange of the cup and is fully submerged in water during soaking. It features a handle design for heat insulation and scald protection, allowing it to be easily lifted after brewing.

• Insulation function: Cover the cup with a lid while brewing to prevent heat from escaping and allow the tea leaves to fully release their flavor; cover it during drinking intervals to maintain the temperature of the tea.

• Dust and hygiene prevention: The cup lid can prevent dust and paper debris from falling into the cup.

Choice Between Glossy and Matte Dual Textures

• Glossy Glaze: Made with high-gloss transparent glaze and fired at 1280°C, the surface is smooth and shiny like a mirror. Custom high color saturation is available, making printed patterns more vivid and eye-catching. It resists stains and can be cleaned easily with a wipe.
• Matte Finish: Made with low-gloss matte glaze, the surface presents a delicate and mellow texture, with a soft feel like a pebble. Its friction coefficient is 25% higher than that of glossy surfaces, providing a firmer grip.

 Both surface treatments use food-grade glaze, certified by FDA and LFGB, with lead and cadmium content below international limits. They are scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, maintaining their original texture after long-term use.

Q4: Do you offer different handle styles or custom mug shapes?
We offer 6 standard handle profiles and 4 standard mug shapes. Custom mug shapes require a 4,000-piece MOQ and a 60–75 day lead time for mold development. Modifications to existing handles are available with a 2,500-piece MOQ.

Q5: Do you provide free samples?

For most products, we provide the sample for free. You just need to pay the international freight cost. If you have an agent in China, we can send the sample to your agent's address.
