Cleaning and roughening: Remove oil stains and impurities from the ceramic surface, and increase the surface area through acid etching or polishing to enhance the adhesion of the coating.
Sensitization activation: Treatment with solutions such as stannous chloride and palladium salts to enhance surface activity and promote uniform formation of conductive layers
Chemical plating: Deposition of metal films such as nickel and copper through self catalytic reactions, such as chemical nickel phosphorus alloy, can directly impart conductivity to ceramics.
Physical metalization: forming a metal transition layer using vacuum evaporation or sputtering techniques
Pre plating: First, copper or nickel is plated to enhance adhesion and brightness (such as acid copper electroplating).
Main plating deposition: Final metal layer processing such as cyanide free silver plating and gold plating is carried out according to requirements, and the coating performance is optimized by controlling parameters such as current density and temperature
Rinse with pure water to remove residual electrolyte, dry and solidify the coating, and some processes require polishing or antioxidant treatment.

Cleaning and Decontamination Techniques
1.Gentle cleaning method
Immediately rinse with clean water after use. Oil stains can be lightly brushed with loofah cloth and neutral detergent. Sharp tools such as steel wire balls and hard brushes are prohibited.
Tea stains can be gently wiped with a nano sponge or soft cloth dipped in toothpaste/salt. Stubborn stains can be soaked in citric acid solution and rinsed off.
2.Prohibit corrosive substances
Bleaches and strong acid and alkali detergents can corrode the luster of the coating, and long-term contact may cause metal oxidation and discoloration
